Exceptions to the Rule:
Certain products, such as thin film rolls, garbage bags, and items intended for export, get an exemption from the ban. Dubai continues to lead on the global stage!

Violators beware! AED200 is the initial fine, and it doubles for repeat offenses within a year. The maximum penalty is capped at AED2,000 when doubled. Contesting decisions? Possible, but a committee ensures swift resolutions!
